DROWNING POOL Check In From The Persian Gulf
November 4, 2005DROWNING POOL checked in from the Persian Gulf, where they are currently performing several shows for service members serving in the region. Listen to the message: Windows Media, Real Media. The band are also "meeting and greeting" troops, signing autographs and posing for pictures. The Texas-based quartet are accompanied by Dallas radio station KDGE's afternoon disc jockey Jessie Jessup, who is on hand to introduce the performances. DROWNING POOL recently recruited former SOIL frontman Ryan McCombs to replace their last vocalist, Jason "Gong" Jones (now in A.M. CONSPIRACY),who left the band in early June. The group are expecting to enter the studio in early 2006 to begin recording their third album, tentatively due next summer.
